Imagine if you iterated on your routine every week If every weekend you had a moment where you looked back at what worked and what didn't, and you reflected on those insights for the next week If you treated each week as an iteration cycle, where would you be one year from now?

My Community knows about my Neuroplasticity Journey. I share every step of the process with them. They helped support me buying a new pair of shoes. I told them that if they covered them 100%, I would get an extra pair. I got 3.

Consistency, not perfection.

In what kind of dystopian future are we living in, that it takes me less time to indicate to my editing software where certain files are manually, than it performing a basic search operation?

🧵5/3 😅 I forgot to add that this exchange happened over voice. This is just the automated transcription. I mostly talk to it now, and hear its responses.

🧵4/3 LOL As you can see, it gives me feedback and possible points to try out. I am always critical of its output and contrast its advice with experience. It is not a substitute for proper medical care, but it is a powerful tool and really helps me in this process.

Some people seemed interested about my use of ChatGPT to build a neuroplasticity plan. Here is something interesting that it told me yesterday, after I repeated my routine to it and asked it to rethink it. I think it can give you a good idea of how I use it. 🧵1/3

Also just to clarify, it doesn't do magic. It won't cure my MS, or other things that can't be cured. But it can guide you.

I have the ChatGPT+ subscription. Start a project, give it the instructions for what you need, and just talk to it. Don't ask it to access knowledge from its training data on crucial things, give it a source. Hit me in DMs if you want. Just talk to it.

I talk to it using my voice, and it responds with infinite patience and is always insightful. It is there at any time, whenever I need it. I am determined. I will run again.

it gives me feedback on my jogging attempts. It understands the medical documents I send it and tells me how to best implement the knowledge in my life. We have designed stretching routines, training protocols, movement drills and more.

I can jog again. I'm now at around 70 steps without scraping my left foot on the ground. On my first day I did 2. The scraping destroyed my old shoes. It is almost gone now. The neuroplasticity plan we designed with ChatGPT is working, I am getting out disability. I love AI.

I think about this "quote" from Undertale a lot. About why it was put there and what it means. For some reason it stuck with me after years of finishing the game. Determination is a choice.
