I made the Claire Saffitz zucchini galette at half the size because our CSA did NOT give us too much overripe zucchini but only two small flavorful ones. Despite rancid wheat flour it was incredible.

NYC: Reserve your kittens now! We have 2 bethumbed tuxedo babies surprise-born 8/22. Will need to be spayed and neutered at 4mo, and preferably go to separate homes, as their parents and grandparents were siblings. DM me to claim, would like to get them out 10/22-12/22.
