Bronwyn Fredericks @bronfredericks.bsky.social · 13hPhoto is from 4:52pm y’day & not altered. The sunlight was bouncing through the trees & enabling the foliage to radiate different intensities of green. It was sublime! 🌿👋🏽😀 010
Bronwyn Fredericks @bronfredericks.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Sometimes I’m in a street & a plant, animal or object stops me, yesterday was one of those days. Look at this #bougainvillea. Yes I know they can have thorns, and can get out of control, but some have an intensity of colour & grow in a way that I find beautiful. #blooms #Bloombloom #Bloomscrolling 091
Bronwyn Fredericks @bronfredericks.bsky.social · 27/09/2026Mum’s #bird visitors were at her place yesterday. They have babies right now & there’s not a lot of food for them in growing suburbs. Please think about planting #trees & #shrubs that native #birds like & need for food sources, shelter & protection & nesting. It makes a difference. 🐦 #BirdsofOz 061

Bronwyn Fredericks @bronfredericks.bsky.social · 12/09/2026I took myself to the #Rockwiz Brisbane show last night! Just like on the tv show, attendees/ viewers could expect Julia Zemiro, Brian Nankervis & the Rockwiz Orkestra on the stage, but weren’t told who would be the special guests until they appeared. It was fun with lots of music & laughs! 🎶🎶🎵 020

Bronwyn Fredericks @bronfredericks.bsky.social · 07/09/2026I grabbed a cuppa nearby & sat here in solitude after my walk/run/ walk today and watched the sun rise above the trees & the birds moving about. Bronwyn Fredericks @bronfredericks.bsky.social · 06/09/2026My mum grew these when I was a kid. She had them in purple too, and sometimes she’d put a few in a vase. The plant in the photo was growing near a fence in a rock garden. Referred to as fire star or crucifix orchid (Epidendrum ibaguense), they’re easy to grow & propagate. 🌺✔️ 061
