When feeling really overwhelmed, I hid in my bathroom and was attempting the box breathing technique, looked up in the corner by my shower and ANOTHER MOTH was there. Slept VERY hard after those unholy rollers of panic attacks I had. Thinking back on them when they happen always makes me feel so foolish because I'm always like 'REALLY? THAT little thing (usually an intrusive thought) is what made me spiral that bad!?' Sigh. I'll be okay though. I'm strong 🌸

Welp, every hair place was packed to the gills, so no haircut for me ;___; Also had the WORST feeling earlier. Every sound felt like it was a million decibels, every light burned my eyes and gave me a headache, I was so agitated and anxious. It went away thankfully but MAN DON'T DO THAT TO MEEEE
