That artists who create textures, assets, and worlds need to be compensated, and that those of us who do pay a lot more are the ones who sustain the hardship program for those who can't afford going. And for that I definitely want some better perks. Like for example a portal skin.

Even in a large group the impact my avi had was minimal on pretty bad PCs. The need for performance gating is real and welcome but the performance ranks also need to be more accurate instead of broadly saying lightbsource means very poor despite it barely or not even impacting a single frame

Good to a liiittle point. Many "Very Poor" avis are pretty performant but get ranked as Very Poor because of an invisible light or an audio source. I know my personal avi has this exact issue. It is technically a medium or just about poor rank in the way it affects other players.

Comet C/2026 A1 (MAPS) has perihelion day, latest images show the tail still intact, waiting for 15-17:00 images to see if it survived. This comet is a Kreutz group sungrazer like Ikeya Seki or Ison and if it survives can get really bright or it dies right now #comet #c/2026a1

Finally fixed the eyes to not glow, and added LTCGI and LightVolumes support to them through FastFur. Also petition to make @warrenwolfy.bsky.social's FastFur the default shader for PC side furry avis, because I really like fuzz and light interacting with it. Btw, it somehow lowered the avi size too
