My card for the year is "The Tower", so I'm going to focus my efforts on *being* a problem instead of having problems.

Air fried the Tuna steak for approximately 8 minutes. Honest to gods tastes much better than beef. It's not even close. Whole meal was a real protein punch and a delightful feast. 100% would cook again.

A wedge shaped Tuna steak the colour of a queasy Welsh person in shock. 2 hardboiled eggs, one of which has clearly expanded out of the shell during cooking. Halved and quartered orb-shaped radishes, fuschia in colour.
