Agreed - there are some great options these days. I'd add Campana to that list. Also just saw that the Clarklewis Instagram account is gone. White nationalism is repulsive and should be jettisoned into the sun. I'm disappointed Clarklewis let them in and fed them. It should have never happened.

I will look into it - it’s very possible. I see this piece as highly editable as new info arrives to me. I was at Chen’s Good Taste in Vancouver last night and the highlight was the chicken and green bean dish. A mix of tender and crispy were the beans. So good!

I don’t know Huichol but am curious. I’ve also been enjoying the Kill Dill hot sauce from HAB: it has brown mustard, serranos, pineapple, and fish sauce in it. Great on scrambled eggs, quesadillas, rice and beans, and more.

I maintain that the BEC is not supposed to be an elevated kind of thing. I also like it when they offer ketchup as optional. My husband hates ketchup with the power of a thousand suns but likes a BEC. I looooove ketchup on mine! I'm actually partial to the sandwich being just EC.
