Unova #Pokemon. It might be obvious by the numbers beneath the pokemon, but I actually did these in a random order. Most of them were chosen through a randomizer, but as I began to near the last quarter of the challenge, I started to pick and choose the ones that felt the most fitting. 5/12

Sinnoh #Pokemon from my challenge. I didn't end up deciding to draw variants of certain pokemon (like burmy and gastrodon) until much later, which is why there's so much time between when I drew them. I drew the line at variants that didn't really change much between pokemon. 4/12

Hoenn #Pokemon. I actually went through two tablets and three art programs for the duration of this challenge, though that might not be readily apparent just by looking at the doodles. My old tablet was a cheap Wacom thing that I had had for well over 10 years by the time I replaced it. 3/12

Did a multi year-long thing where I drew a #Pokemon every day, finished it earlier this year. Been debating over whether or not to share them, because I'm really not proud of how some came out. Friends assured me that that doesn't matter, so here they are. Stay tuned for later generations. 1/12

In all seriousness though, NofNA is an excellent, excellent comic and I definitely need to read more of it some time. But I do think that conveyance can sometimes take a backseat to artistry, and that can make it harder to ingest for lunkheads like me.

I like how you start with "write what you know" and then immediately offer two alternatives to writing what you know. "Write what you know" is generally good advice, but it's not a perfect fit for every situation.

Don't know about a favorite, but I do remember disliking the net design in BN1. It was a big tangled up mess that was hard to navigate, and I think that was ultimately to the game's detriment.
