Glasgow graffiti. Good luck America
Graffiti showing Donald Trump beind bars. The jail cell is formed from a stylised black and gold version of the US flag. He is not a happy bunny

I've not been using Twitter much for over a year. With the increasing lurch to the abominable, and the harvesting of posts for AI next month, it's time to delete my data. Not sure if I trust it will be fully gone, but I tried.
Screenshot showing the upper part of the twitter home page. A blue status bar shows that roughly 4700 tweets from a total of 16500 have been deleted.

Was on a walk today and got a great view of Loch Katrine - it supplies water for Glasgow. And is an excellent place to spend a few days! #photography
A view of a Scottish landscape including a loch running from the lower right up the the centre of the image. The viewpoint is high up, so you can see far into the distance. The oranges of the heather are complimented by the autumn colours of woodlands dotted through the landscape. Fluffy clouds hint at rain to come

School mid-terms this week, so we're spending time by a Loch in Scotland. Weather is due to be suitably Scottish from tomorrow, but this evening was spectacular
A view across the loch. The water is still, so you can see streaks of cloud reflected in it. Likewise, the hills across the loch are being perfectly reflected . If it weren't for the small bit of shoreline at the lower right of the photo, you might wonder which way was up...This time we are looking along the loch to the north. Again, there are beautiful reflections in the still water. The top of the hills at the end of the loch are golden from the setting sun. Lower down the slopes, wooded areas are darkening ahead of dusk.

Going to gradually start posting again after taking a big break from engaging with social media over the last year. Will still try to keep it at a lower level than before. And with last night's aurora visible from home, why not start there?!
Red and green aurora visible over a silhouetted treeline. Light clouds are in front of the aurora, giving a sense of how far away the light comes fromA sky only picture of the aurora. Again, red and green dominate, with scattered light coloured clouds in front. There's structure in the green - whisps and veils that hint at how these aren't 2d structuresA final sky only picture of the aurora. In this one, the green and red intermix, and there is a streaking effect, making it appear like we are travelling very fast through the sky. All the streak lines appear to come from near the center of the image
