Maybe because Uber Chief legal officer, former Obama Associate Attorney General, and Kamala Harris' brother-in-law, is Tony West. Former vice-president nominee, Tim Walz vetoed a bill which would have required Uber to pay its drivers minimum wage. Lastly, Hillary Clinton was on Walmart's board.

It’s your choice, but FWIW, I have an acquaintance who has refused to watch “Subspace Rhapsody” for nearly three years now. No matter how much I vouched for the episode, he refuses. Maybe you enjoyed the musical, maybe you didn’t. Maybe the puppets are going to suck, maybe it’ll be sublime.

He also doesn’t mention that he didn’t think people needed unions anymore, or how he didn’t support unionized Illinois coal miners, or how he favored the professional managerial class in his work on “Symbolic Analysts” who deserve high pay because of their brain power.

The American middle class was in danger in 1994. Illegally locked out Staley Starch workers from Decatur IL traveled to Washington DC with their Congressman Glenn Poshard to seek help from Secretary of Labor, Robert Reich, who refused to help.
