When I realized that unlike everyone else I knew, the first thing I did every time I got a new video game was read the instruction manual cover to cover. Not as like a compulsion or anything. I just enjoyed it. That’s where they used to hide the story I miss instruction manuals

Really appreciate this. I recently joined a run club and I’ve been killing myself trying to keep up with everyone. I can run the distance fine… when I’m going at my own pace. But by pushing myself so hard during hot summers, I messed up my back and hips that took me out of commission for a week
