It’s 5 years today since my life changed and I had testicular cancer removal surgery. I’m within touching distance of being discharged from treatment in a couple of months. Forever grateful that I was one of the lucky ones. Check your body and get help if you suspect anything. It saved my life 🙌🏻❤️

It’s my penultimate night with my doggo and I’m just somber at this point. But I’m also proud that I’ve given the little guy almost 17 years of care and love and affection and I’m sure he knows that. Dogs really are better than humans 🥺❤️💔🐶

In 2022 I started the Sheffield Race for Life as a cancer survivor. Every year since? I’ve gone back and been the finish line host for the event and it’s one of the most emotional, rewarding experiences. My voice is also heard at all 400+ RFL events all over the UK every year. So proud.
