Jackson was changing rolls of film when he spotted a rifle sticking out of a 6th floor window of the Book Depository two days earlier. 000

This letter is a direct result of our investigation. The passenger that set off Inspector General report had seen our investigation & said NO to a search on the jetway. They took his bag anyway. 020
