Blitz: "IF YOU'RE NOT READY FOR A RELATIONSHIP, THEN AT LEAST STOP TRYING TO SEDUCE ME!" Stolas: "I AM JUST STANDING HERE!!!" Blitz: "*EXACTLY!!!* ASSHOLE!!!!!"

I also want to make it clear that this is nothing against the artists that worked on this drop, or the concept itself. It's a fun idea, I just don't like this ONE THING about it.

SAME! I usually get t-shirts, pins, and charms. I might get two t-shirts and a couple of cards. As much as it might pain me the completionist in me to be missing stuff - I'm already missing some of the older merch, so I can skip designs I'm not thrilled about.

Bree 🦉💖😈 @breepaintsstuff.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

I don't think the new merch drop is necessarily a bad idea, I'm just going to be irritated if this whole "blind bag enamel pin" thing is going to be how they handle pins going forward. If I'm dropping $10 on a pin, in this economy - at least let me get the character I want.

I haven't written Stolitz since "When There's Spit But No Grave" and that's a depressing note to leave off on for so many reasons.

I need to get ready for work in 2 hours but all I can think about is writing Stolitz fanfiction again.

The hardest thing for me to write: That final confrontation with Blitz when Stolas gives his ultimatum. I rewrote that thing probably six times because I wanted it to sound like them.

Bree 🦉💖😈 @breepaintsstuff.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

Thing I'm very proud of when it comes to Whiskey: The idea that Stolas had a bunch of ex's go on a trash talk show to completely humiliate him and he has a breakdown because he never wanted them to hate him. Stay messy, baby girl

Like, this is what has me so interested in this storyline. Despite the doubts, I think we have enough of a foundation to Millie's character that something like a pregnancy is going to challenge her rather than reduce her.

0110

Bree 🦉💖😈 @breepaintsstuff.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

It also makes me consider that this is the first time she's experienced full stability and acceptance - it's the most respected she's felt in her life. If that all changes - what happens to her?

Isn't Stolas' whole character arc that he's been abused and repressed his entire life, and is desperate for real love, sex, and self-expression? It makes sense to me that the first chance he gets at being his own person, he tries something new, bold, fun, and frankly? Slutty.

I really wish people who are clearly not having fun with the show anymore would just drop it instead of reacting to every single thing we get with vitriol. Like- for their sake. It legit cannot be healthy to spend so much time angry and bitter, a 2D cartoon isn't worth having entire days ruined

The funny story about this is that I still had the boots from the original cosplay, but when I tried to dig them out, they were a lost cause. So i did a quick search and I found the EXACT SAME brand and style on ebay for about the same price that I bought them for 21 years ago.

Bree 🦉💖😈 @breepaintsstuff.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

The fact that I could still actually walk in those boots... it was like riding a bike that threatened to break my ankles.

Fun (?) Theory: Vassago was cut out of Stolas's life abruptly by Andrealphus because 1) He needed Stolas to be isolated in order to control him and 2) He was jealous.

I think it's very TELLING that when Stolas first sees Blitz, he sees him as "flying", and then we see Vassago helping Stolas fly on his own.

160

Bree 🦉💖😈 @breepaintsstuff.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

If Vassago ends up being Stolas's teenage sexual awakening that becomes unattainable to him because he is just garbage with feelings, then I will become an absolute monster. Because Blitz is significant to him as his first friend. Vassago would be his first chance to rebel.

180

Bree 🦉💖😈 @breepaintsstuff.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Let me add that we obviously DO GET A FLASHBACK with Stolas and Vassago, because we see Stolas in the outfit from his teenage portrait.
