One of the biggest issues here is that many campus police are deputized as the equivalent of state police. And as far as I’m concerned they’re glorified security guards. Since they have that authority, then they need to be held accountable when they fail students.

this is interesting. i am so the opposite. i have a plethora of linens bc laundry is one of many chores that makes me mentally and physically fatigued. and during the early days of my diagnosis, i was sending laundry out bc i didn't have the energy

The DA saying she basically waited 2 yrs is fucked up. Women don't even report sexual assault most of the time and this is why. She initially reported it and nothing was done. It's clear in her statement there was an attack. I feel confident that ppl pushed her to pursue her attackers
