If you see this, show your orange art 🧡💫 (it was either this or another pic of Roger the Cat) #filmforever #analog #lithprinting
Photo lith printed on Forte Fortezo paper (which often yields orange-ish midtones) of a hole in a concrete wall that has paint peeling off of it. Title? “Hole in the Wall” lol

It took some digging, but I found some additional work by the same (I assume) art director
DVD cover art for the movie *Betrayal* starring Eric Roberts, somebody Topalian and someone-else Taktarov; the first two are firing weapons in directions other than the direction they are facing, and the third looks like he’s eyeing the edge of the picture as a means of escape. In the background, some helicopters are exploding, and at the bottom is the tagline, “No one leaves THE MOB…”

I hadn’t thought of this, but now that you prompt it—I’m not sure I wouldn’t want 6 hours straight of Seinfeld music. I think it might be fun. What’s wrong with it?

Just finished my biweekly (jk) watch of the Marx Bros.’ *Duck Soup*, struck this time by Louis Calhern’s absolute commitment to his role (viz. his utterance of the thankless line “Twelve dollars??” less than 10 minutes in

“Footprints of Dimetrodon” is, for me, on a par with “we found an actual living T-rex running around, untouched by the ravages of time.” Dimetrodon out-badasses every other dinosaur, in my humble IMHO

I love his appearance in *The Amazing Spider-Man* #24 (“Spider-Man Goes Mad”) from 1965 bc he wears a disguise, but not the wild costume. It’s a great yarn, as my mother said (it’s not really a spoiler if it’s 60 yrs old, right?)

Painting—acrylic on canvas—entitled “Imaginary Medieval Music #6” and depicting a nonexistent music manuscript of an instrumental piece called *Braxtedula* (Latin for “Little Braxted”), probably a dance, patterned after some actual 14th-century pieces in the Ms. Brit. I think they remade it, but someone misread “monsters” as “mobsters”
Cover “art” for the 2013 film *Betrayal* starring Jack Topalian and Eric Roberts. Tagline at bottom, “no one leaves THE MOB”. Topalian and Roberts are shooting guns, but not shooting AT anything.
