Yeah, it's easy to overlook if you're reading through it quickly, but it's optional!

"Piety in Combat" section of the Conduit from Draw Steel Heroes.

highlighted are two passages:

"At the start of each of your turns during combat, you gain 1d3 piety."

So that's the guaranteed baseline piety gain: 1d3, and that's it.

"Additionally, you can gain more piety by praying to the gods"

This being an extra mechanic that Conduit players can do in addition to the baseline 1d3 if they wish

About 3 hours in and I'm definitely enjoying Lost Soul Aside. And while performance isn't great, I can deal with that. I just wish it had proper ultrawide support. Or at least a dedicated Fullscreen mode where I could set it to a 16:9 aspect ratio without having to mess with my desktop resolution.
