I had the honor of doing a shot for this project! This is so far my longest animation I've done, and seeing it alongside so many talented artists was incredible! Thanks to @phuijl.bsky.social for organizing, and @littlekuriboh.bsky.social for the original series! #pixelart #yugioh #animation

Mega Man X idles! I'm a big fan of @snakepixel.art's work, and an even bigger fan of the Mega Man franchise, so the moment I saw he did sprites for it I knew I had to animate them (and add Axl!) #megaman #pixelart #ドット絵

Technically speaking, one of these IS an old design...but I did make a lot of changes since I last posted it. It's quite subtle, but I think it works:

Last batch for a bit! Instead of Bulbasaur, here's some variants of the Johto starters! #pixelart #pokemon #pokemoncrossbreed

Entries for Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile crossbreeds, displayed alongside designs with slight variations to each Pokemon. The entries read:
TROOPER (+Tropius): It dreams of taking to the skies like its father. However, its wings are too small for proper flight.
POISON IVY (+Venusaur): While it initially appeared similar to purebreeds, it has since become bulkier from natural evolution.
BLUEFLAME (+Skuntank): The flame on its back now gives off a foul-smelling smoke in order to ward off predators.
LOUDMOUTH (+Exploud): It always appears sad and quiet, but if startled, it can roar louder than any purebred Feraligatr.
RAINFOREST (+Sceptile): Commonly seen in the treetops above swamps, its sleek body allows for easy climbing or swimming.

Here comes another batch of Bulbasaur crossbreeds! Designs as always by @onemegawatt.bsky.social. #pixelart #pokemon

Entries for Bulbasaur crossbreeds, displayed alongside designs with slight variations to Bulbasaur itself. The entries read:
CARAPACE (+Shiftry): It’s often seen in Hoenn hanging from tree branches, pretending to be an acorn.
LOTUS (+Ludicolo): This breed’s favorite pastime is floating on top of water thanks to its buoyant body and seed.
SPRING BLOSSOM (+Cherrim): The flower on its back blooms every spring. Many use them for cherry blossom festivals in Sinnoh.

New crossbreeds have been discovered! Tried something new with this sprite batch; which dex entry is your favorite? (Designed by the wonderful @onemegawatt.bsky.social) #pixelart #pokemon

Entries for Bulbasaur crossbreeds, displayed alongside designs with slight variations to Bulbasaur itself. The entries read:
"BLOOMING FLARE (+Charizard): Its bulb has adapted to harsher sunlight, and is often warm to the touch due to the nutrients inside."
"SPRIG (+Chikorita): The seed on its back is always sprouted. Its cute appearance makes it a common starter choice."
"CLUSTER (+Exeggutor): Oft mistaken for purebreeds, it pranks predators and people alike by shooting spores from its pods."

Everyone's art in here looks amazing!! 🙏 I've got 5+ years of doing pixel art and animation professionally! "GHOST-TRAP is a one-screen arcade game where an amateur ghost hunter, Hue, uses their powerful Ghost Plunger™ to grab and seal ghosts. Grabbing groups yields bigger points!"

A handful of Twigs for your time (OC by @welldrawnfish.bsky.social, ft. my OC Freya)

Twig brandishing a sword and wooden shield, looking determined. The sword has purple flames curling around it, as a green silhouette of a tall knight appears in the background behind her.

Doodles of Twig. Includes her with a walking stick; her eating a large piece of pork, looking over in curiosity, and her struggling to hold on as she is carried by a human woman, Freya.

A comic on the bottom portrays Freya, looking stiff as she holds a sword and shield. As Twig walks past her, she adjusts the position of the weapons, stating "Try to relax your shoulders. Holding the blade too tense means that it's easier to knock it out of your hand." Freya, confused, says "Oh, uh...ok." Twig continues, "And make sure that the shield is protecting your front, not your side." As Twig walks away, whistling a tune, Freya stands in the new position. She says "...what just happened?"

Been brainstormin a new comic idea I'm hoping to tackle within the next few months just to challenge my skill a bit. It's a story about acceptance and growth with one's self, and of course, transgender magical girls. #trans #comicart #webcomic #magicalgirl

Self-Reflection (or, a trans comic on change) Posted earlier this year at the end of Pride Month #comic #trans #webcomic #transcomic #pixelart

Pixelart of a woman sitting close to a flag. Nearly everything is white, except for the flag, which faintly shows the transgender flag. The captions read, "It's been one year since I publicly came out, and almost two years since I realized I was trans."

The same scene as before, but with a closer look at the woman. Her hair is frizzy, with ends poking out in different directions, and she is wearing a hoodie over a long-sleeve shirt. The captions read, "In that time, I've made huge strides towards my mental health and well-being. I'm a lot more confident. I get less frustrated with myself. My social circle has grown loads, and I'm making an effort to get out a lot more. It's a life my past self wouldn't dare dream of."

Various blank figures stand facing forward, with one arm outstretched. Among them is a boy, with short, frizzy hair and a large hoodie that he appears to be swimming in, and the woman from before. The captions read, "...lately, I've been thinking a lot about how people change. Sometimes for the better. Sometimes for the worse. Never staying the same."

An icon appears in the center of the panel. In it is a depiction of a Mii from Nintendo, with short hair and large eyebrows, waving. The tag underneath reads "Brawl." The captions read, "What's funny is that this thought came to me in the oddest of places: after I recently changed my Mii on my Switch console."

"Contemplation" Artfight comic I did of @welldrawnfish.bsky.social's Twig character earlier in the year #art #transgender #trans #comic #artfight

A small goblin walks along a muddy path toward a nearby pond in the middle of a dense forest, coupled with bushes and pebbles. She groans, "Uuuuuuuuuugh. This is ridiculous!"

The goblin sits down on the path, close to the water. She exclaims, "In the past TWO DAYS, I've had to forage in swampy waters, eat raw tentacles, and sleep in the fricken' mud!"

She brings her hands to her legs, curling herself up. Her ears begin to wiggle, as she blushes. She continues, "...and the worst part is I'm actually enjoying myself. I've felt the happiest I've been in my life..."

The screen goes black, only illuminating the curled-up goblin, with a hidden, foggy reflection floating behind her, vaguely showing the colors of the trans flag. She finishes, "...but I don't even know why."
