The Holy Father is 100% correct. malum ex malo. Evil begets evil. Saints Thomas Aquinas and Augustine. 🙏 However, it is not evil to render an unjust aggressor unable to cause harm, and force is morally justified if it is necessary, reasonable, and proportional to the situation (CCC 2265).

The Gospel of the Day: Jesus was nearly thrown off a cliff outside Nazareth because He strongly implied that faith, not genealogy, is what matters. Luke 4:25-28, Romans 9:6. Faith, obedience, and repentance are what determine who is chosen; not birthright.

Balogun having his suspension lifted isn't a flex. It simply accentuates the fact that when Trump doesn't like the outcome, the rules no longer apply. That isn't commendable. It's dishonorable and disgusting. Fair play and sportsmanship mean nothing to Trump and his kind. No honor. No integrity.
