I drove to Lake Tahoe/Reno over the weekend and I just want to share that Oregon's gas prices are lower than anywhere there or California. Best price I saw in the Reno area was $5.29, lowest in California was $6.79 (Highest was $7.99 in King's Beach) and lowest in Oregon was $5.09 in Coburg.

When I worked for the Sheriff's Office my last name was on the uniform that I and everyone else wore. I had an ID I could show as well as a badge. My name and photo was on the county's webpage. I never felt the need to hide my identity, nor was I ever scared because I was "just doing my job."
