Food for thought. I call the brain injury that happened 6+ years ago, almost killed me, and remains a life-changing problem a journey because I have no other term that isn't crushingly negative. But I'll be careful about using the term for other people's situation. www.statnews.com/2025/11/25/c...

An email from my favourite online concussion therapist, Molly Parker, describes ways to take pressure off your neck. The final of 6 points caught my attention in particular. Movement snacks - small bouts of movements (less than a minute) done throughout the day, perhaps 3 times, perhaps every hour.
