Serious question, based on the Constitution: Is the Supreme Court supposed to be democratically legitimate? Aren't they supposed to rule on the Constitutionality of legislation or lower court decisions? When CO AG removed Trump from the primary ballot, they ruled 9-0 against the CO AG.
