Set up a tripod, set a shutter speed of a few seconds, set an interval to keep shooting automatically and hope that lightning appears while it's capturing 🙂

Haha nope, it's just a long exposure shot and there are little bubbles in the water here so you can see the movement. Thanks!

Yep, sunset still glowing on the right while the lightning storm was coming in from the left. I have some with the lightning behind the rock doing a backlit thing but liked this half and half sort of one best

Yeah, it's smith rock. Not the usual view, just a little bit off to the side in the other parking lot. If you check the last image I shared this is the rock off on the left hand side.
