This is a pretty good summary of the Ban Update Today. Standard is truly Flourishing now, while Legacy continues to be mishandled by WOTC. Watch this space for standard deck techs with the new bans in mind in the coming days, we are super excited!! #MTG #Standard #Legacy

THE STANDARD BNR IS HERE AND ITS EVERYTHING WE WANTED!!! The format is completely different now as nearly every top deck has lost at least a card or two! It will be exciting to see if Prowess can survive its best threat and long game leaving the format, but traditional mono red is back!

Okay, see this is a flavorful card. Magic has done the “sleep spell” thing before, but this is LITERALLY the mechanic from the video game. Your party members are hit by sleep and you can either remove it with an item (Disenchant) or hit them to wake them up! I love this card. #MTGxFinalFantasy

I really wanted Ultros to have flash and an ability to be cast from the graveyard, but spells tapping down your opponents creatures is a pretty good ability for him! It feels like the last line of text was added because haha funny octopus tho. #MTGxFinalFantasy

This card is hilarious. It’s obviously just another 3 mana murder variant, but it will always be remembered because of the stupid -9999. And I honestly might have to play it in a few commander decks because of the silly factor. #BracketBuilders #MTGxFinalFantasy
