Birds-eye view of Brackenlowe Halt in it's heyday. By 1900, it was abandoned and fell into dis-repair. No one knows for sure what became of it's signalman. Best guess is he returned to Hull and lived out his final years in the city he often wrote about in his journals.

Read the signalman's 'remembrances' from his early years at Paragon Station and his childhood in Victorian Kingston Upon Hull. It's the history of a growing northern town in a series of memories and anecdotes told by a man who experienced it.
