Two trams returning to service today after a long period of time. Around 4 months for 001 and probably its first day this year for 017. Had the pleasure of driving them both today and surprisingly very mixed experiences with them. Crazy how each tram handles differently in only a small fleet of 18!

The comparison between the old of the Douglas Horse Drawn Tramway and the new of a modern TCL (Tram Control Light)! The tramway needs to be extended back down to the sea terminal as it used to be in the 2010s and its a shame it got cut back :c The Isle of Man is brilliant for this heritage stuff!

Introducing my new favourite nickname for a train, the "Wackel-Dackel" or "Wobbling Dachshund" in English! This is the Croatian HŽ 7123 or if you're German, a BR 612 and interestingly, they tilt! Interesting little units in my opinion and they sound very similar to our TPE Class 185s.

The same train sits in Perkovic ready to turn around and head back towards Split.

After alighting at Kastel Stari, the Wackel-Dackel sits next to the much newer 7 023 006 which has just terminated here to go back towards Split.

Can say they're alright, traveled on an 807 from Euston to Blackpool on Monday and they're the best Hitachi train I've been on as well! Still think the Pendolino's are better but I don't know how they compare to the 221s they replaced...

After one month of having them, I can finally reveal my fursuit!! Introducing Nova, the Lynx Kitsune hybrid! The suit was brought to life by the lovely @tailor.tails_studios (on Insta) and I cannot thank them enough for it! I'll hopefully post more photos of the suit but now, my trig-point! >:3

Something about Preston Bus Station at night and in the fog makes it so eerie... especially with it being so quiet. As one of my friends stated (@vexsg.bsky.social), it feels like something that would only occur in Eastern Europe.

When you see both Avanti West Coast Pride trains in one day! It's wonderful that these liveries exist as it shows that us LGBTQ+ people matter!
