2026 Daily Drawing 280 They really liked those character's names

Jessi: "I've been waiting for you all since the other Jessie left!"
Drake points at the gyaru kitsune: "Sorry, wait, who is this?"
Elaine: "She's our cousin Jessi"
Drake: "So you have a cousin AND a brother... named Jessie?"
Elaine shrugs: "Yeah, well, our village didn't have a lot of TV channels. We only really got sitcoms and cowboy shows. There were a lot of Jessies and Joeys during school..."
Andy, off-screen: "That's why I didn't think your brother was the same Jessie I knew."

2026 Daily Drawing 279 Showing up like a whirlwind

From off screen, someone shouts: "Hai~ Ellies!"
Ella: "Oh no, not her..."

A gyaru looking kitsune wearing a shrine outfit zips in: "Helloooo Ellie 1 & Ellie 2!"
Elaine: "H-hi Jessi"
Ella: "Now I'm not okay."

2026 Daily Drawing 278

Ella rubs her face against Andy: "I'm okay! Really! Thank you for worrying about me! I just lost focus for a moment."
Andy: "I'm always worried about you."
Ella: "This was why I stopped doing Spiritual Training with dad. I started losing a lot of sleep with how loud spirits get..."
Andy: "I know how bad you felt but he understands."

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 277 Just a little overstimulated

Ella pulls her ears across her face, "Sorry, it just... got really loud suddenly is all."
Drake, holding his hand to his ear: "Really? I want to say its been the quietest I've ever heard. Probably because of the snow."
Elaine: "Its obviously Ella's Spirit Vision. She's extremely sensitive to spirits, even more so than I am. This place seems to draw them in."
Andy, hugging Ella, "I guess we are at a temple so it'd make sense there'd be spirits."

2026 Daily Drawing 276 You were staring at nothing again

"I can tell you can see us. Say something."

"Hey, do you think us three will be together forever?"
"Of course! Nothing's gonna tear us apart!"
"How can you be so sure..."

"How could you... we trusted you..."

"Oh goddess, how could they do that to themself?"
"There were a lot of things they couldn't tell us..."
"Its just so wrong... dangling there..."

"I should have been watching closer... I'm so sorry."

"We're finally away from him. I can be with you here, safely"

"I don't want to leave here. Its safer with you."
"But think of the world outside here! Think of all we can do together. We can be adventurers! We cleared the first room of the dungeon just fine!"

"We know you are staring"
"We can tell"
"Come on, don't just stand there, please, I need you to tell them- no, what were their names again? I can't remember now!"
"Speak up! WE CAN'T HEAR YOU!"
"TALK TO US! WE HAVE SO MUCH THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE!"
"HEY! SAY SOMETHING!"

Andy: "HEY!"
Ella snaps out of the cacophonous voices of the departed, "Ha? Oh, yeah?"
Andy: "Are you okay?"
Ella: "No, I... I just zoomed out a bit..."

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 275 Zoning out?

Elaine and Drake start walking up the path
Elaine: "This place feels off..."
Drake: "I don't feel it."
Ella starts zoning out and mumbling to herself
Andy pauses to call out to her: "Ella?"

2026 Daily Drawing 273 Need to fix my sleep schedule

Andy, faced down on a bunch of pillows. Ella is sleeping on top of her in fox form.
Lure is in a similar position to Andy, with Elaine curled up next to her.

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Was torn between having her as foreground or background. Ended up being pretty funny having her small in the distance

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 272 Tired and wrist hurt. Thought I had more, but guh

Ella: "There she goes... Hope that didn't piss her off more."
Andy: "Well... at least we didn't have to save her from drowning... We should prolly get going though"

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 271 Hey, the river is flowing again! Yay!

Drake shakes off the water from the ice exploding.
Elaine: "Were you even listening to our conversation about her?! And you still tried to help her?!"
The river starts to flow now that the ice is broken up. The tanuki notices the sudden flow of water headed for her. So does Ella and Andy.

Drake: "I'll be honest..." Drake sticks his finger in his ear to clean it out.
Andy and Ella position themselves to go save the tanuki, but she's already climbing to get out of the way.

Drake: "Not really, no."
The river is now free flowing properly and the Tanuki got away in time. Andy and Ella relax seeing her not swept away by the water.

2026 Daily Drawing 270 Oh, the leaves were bombs

1)
The leaves start to sizzle and pop, concerningly, as Drake's fire burns them.
2)
Multiple explosions go off as the leaves ignite. Andy's light chain and a vine from Ella launch toward Drake as he blocks the explosion of steam and ice
3)
Drake is pulled out of the explosion by Andy and Ella, while Elaine huddles behind Andy.

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 269 He already forgot what we were talking about and went to help anyway.

1)
Elaine: "Jessie had to go back to work"
Ella:" Dad's busy running the village"
Elaine: "Our mom severed her soul from her body-"
Drake: "Okay, I said I got it."
2)
Drake gets distracted looking at the ice below: "Oh, I see what her issue was."
3)
Drake glides down, "I think these leaves are magical and keeping this all together."
Bunches of leaves are clinging to the ice and keeping them in place.
4)
Drake starts breathing dragonfire on the leaves.
Andy: "Uh! Drake, wait before you- Gosh dang it, nevermind..."

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 268 Any more relatives you need to know about?

Drake glides over to the three: "Hey, so speaking of ambushes and surprises, we ain't gonna be attacked by another one of your siblings that we don't know of are we? Like I was earlier?"

Ella: "We do have a few cousins that work at temples like this."
Elaine: "We had that one uncle that got sealed away for destroying a city as a giant fox."
Ella: "There was that other uncle that became a demon and hid inside a human..."
Elaine: "I remember having an older sister that had health issues. As far as I know she died when we were too young-"
Drake: "Alright, alright, nevermind!"

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 267

Andy: "Was that really her-" Elaine pulls herself up onto Andy's back, "Ack! Watch where yer climbing!"
Elaine: "Seems like it. She probably wanted to ambush us again."
Andy: "Its a lil hard to fly like this."
Drake starts catching up.

2026 Daily Drawing 266 Stinky

Andy wraps her arms around Ella, "So uh, what was that about?"
Ella looks back, "She was doing a voice and trying to mask her scent but I could still get her scent, it was 100% that tanuki from before."
Elaine clings onto Andy's tail.

2026 Daily Drawing 265 Side Quests can wait, we were finally doing Main Quest stuff

Andy starts flying off with Ella, "Uh, sorry, usually we'd make a stop for a request b-but we have something important to do."
Ella: "Yup, gotta go!"
Elaine floats after them.

Drake lingers behind: "I can catch up with them if you want. Should be quick work if I use my big form-"
The person hunches over: "Ugh, no, nevermind."

Drake takes off flying too: "Okay, whatever man."
The person throws their glasses, "Did she see through it somehow?!"

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 264 Should probably listen when Ella is the one being serious

The totally random person: "The ice is blocking the stream, it could be bad if left alone!"
Ella sniffs a bit more and says "Yeah."
Andy turns and asks: "What's up?"

Ella starts floating and grabs Andy's hand, "Actually, we don't have time right now."
Andy: "Wait, shouldn't we at least-"
The person also says to "w-wait!"

Ella brings Andy closer, looks directly into her eyes and says curtly: "Andrea."
Andy: "Ah, uh, yeah ok."

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 263 Sniff sniff

Drake and Elaine land with Andy and Ella floating down too. Ella starts sniffing the air.
Person: "AHEM, yes thank you for stopping. I need help with um... the ice! Yes."

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 262 Since we're going that way, might as well pick up a nearby side quest, right?

Drake extends his wings to slow his fall as the person who caught his attention waves to him. Elaine reluctantly holds on.
Person: "Adventurers! I would request help! I have a quest for you!"

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 261 There he go

Andy: "I mean, its not THAT bad but, I'd rather stay a bit lower altitude. Just in case."
Ella is still saying something but her voice isn't carrying over them flying.
Elaine, trying to get hair out of her face: "Is Ella saying something? She needs to speak u-"
Drake notices something below them and flies directly downward.
Andy slows down: "Okay, I didn't mean THAT low..."

2026 Daily Drawing 260 Heights are still scary even if you can fly

Andy and Drake flying through the air with Ella and Elaine hanging on to their tails.
Andy: "I feel a bit silly having a fear of heights when I can fly like this (and use wind magic)"
Ella: "Its ok, Andy! Fears are irrational! Everyone..." Ella's voice starts petering out due to the wind.
Drake: "I never really understood fears of heights but I've been flying since I've been born."
Elaine is struggling with hair being blown in her face.

2026 Daily Drawing 259 Wave goodbye~

The Water Sprite and Lure are carrying buckets when Ciel tugs on Lure's sleeve. Ciel points outside where Andy and Drake have taken off into the air with Ella and Elaine hanging onto their respective tails.

Lure waves at them, Ella and Andy wave back, Elaine blows a kiss, and Drake misses the interaction.

2026 Daily Drawing 257 Why not just turn into a big dragon and carry everyone else?

The people Drake was helping are lead into the hotel by Miss Aqua.
The fox twins each grab a tail. Elaine on Drake's and Ella on Andy's
Elaine: "I'd prefer to fly on Andrea..."
Andy lets out her wings, "Wait, I know the snow stopped for now... but what if another blizzard kicks up?"
Drake: "Nothing we can't handle! Besides, I want to test how good your flying is!"
Andy: "Didn't you already do that at the beach?"

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 257 I accidentally said worthless instead of weightless when writing out the dialogue and left it in >.>

Elaine crosses her arms: "Yeah, well... It wasn't snowing when Jessie went up to that temple!" She mutters, "I only packed my heels..."
Drake, helping up one of the random people: "At least Andy and I can fly up there with our dragon wings."
Andy, off screen: "Oh yeah, I guess that is true"

Ella floats over to cling to Elaine: "Yeah, and then me and sis can hang on to your tails as you fly!"
Drake nods
Andy: "Wait, actually... that's kinda dangerous?"
Ella" We can levitate, so we can be worthles-" Ella catches on her words, "shoot- WEIGHTless. Didn't mean to say worth, I meant weight."
Andy: "I certainly hope so."

2026 Daily Drawing 256 Time to walk both ways, up hill, in the snow....

Elaine and Drake help up the people that got caught in the snow.
Elaine: "So, you gonna give us the link to the Warp Crystal too?"
Miss Aqua laughs: "Hah! What Warp Crystal? This dungeon is one of the ones that don't have one!"

Elaine turns around and throws up her arms: "What!? Then how are we supposed to get up there?!"
Miss Aqua: "Start hoofin' it! Your brother did just fine getting there."
Elaine: "Ugh!"

Miss Aqua: "Well, that saves a bit of plowing. Now, as I was saying, take that gem" she points to the one she gave Ella, "to the barrier crystal. The temple should be... show me your map" Andy holds out her Map Menu, "Around here."

In the background, Drake is still melting some of the snow away, revealing some people caught under the frost; Elaine notices.

2026 Daily Drawing 254 Now we can get out again

Drake pats the snow that was carved out by his flame breath: "There we go, all cleared"

Shot of the entrance of the hotel covered in snow. A warm glow from beneath starts steaming.

Blue flames burn away the snow at the entrance.

2026 Daily Drawing 251

Miss Aqua walks up to the group looking on at the person being helped up: "See? This is what I was anticipating."

Miss Aqua: "A big one like this was bound to happen, I could feel it in my bones this time. This is why I wanted to get things in order before it got this bad."
Drake starts strutting toward the crowd.

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 250 That seems like a lot...

Miss Aqua hands the crystal off: "Your brother was able to warp it back for you. Get the barrier charged and get it back."
Andy looks over them and sees the group of people: "What's with everyone at the entrance?"

Andy, Ella, Elaine and Drake walking through the hotel lobby.
Andy: "I dunno, I feel bad about going on adventure while they have to do all of the everything here. Plus I already left Lure alone earlier and-"
Ella: "Andy, they all said it was fine! Its okay!"
Andy: "I mean, sure yeah but..."
Elaine: "Jessie's party is transferring their dungeon progress to us, so we'll make quick work of the other half and be back fast!"

Andy @boywent.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

2026 Daily Drawing 247 Just a little anxiety

Andy: "I'm sorry we're saddling her with you guys. I just want this to be as quick as possible, so I wouldn't want to worry about Lure if something sets her off in the temple like the beach."
Bunny: "Naw, its like Dawn said, we're happy to take care of Lure"
Andy: "I dunno, I fell bad for leaving her here. I mean, my familiar is with her too so..."
Bunny: "Andy, hush, I already said she'll be fine with us."
Ella: "Yes, please listen to Bunny and stop worrying."

2026 Daily Drawing 246 She was only KO'd for a few minutes

Dawn and Misty pump their arms: "Don't worry about Lure! We can keep an eye on her for you! Misty and I are used to my attacks, so if Lure has another while you guys are gone, we can handle it."

Drake: "I don't get what the big deal is, she seemed fine fighting a giant crystal snake. She should be allowed to tag along and get some experience."
Andy (off-screen): "Yeah, that went real well when said snake was calming down, Lure went for its throat and it lasered her."

There's a flashback to Lure clinging to Andy, holding a flame and saying "Sorry gurl."
Ella: "The temple is a bit too high level for her. So we have to leave her here too."

Andy: "Are you guys gonna be okay without us here?"
Bunny: "Yeah, well, the temple is to high level for us anyway."
Andy: "I was thinking more about things here, but sure."

Andy: "Oh... I mean, I get it, I also don't like kissing, I'm weird."

Victoria: "I should know better trying to force people out can drive them further back. So I'll try to be more respectful... Thanks for speaking up about it and I'm sorry you had to."
Sadie hugs Victoria: "I forgive you, dumbass, just promise not to make things weird."
Victoria fakes a sigh, "If I HAVE to."

Sadie pulls back from the hug: "Hey, now that I've said my peace... can I get clothes now?"
