The only thing I like about horror movies at this point is getting to cuddle close on the couch, if she inadvertently grabs (I give blanket consent before the movie starts), or cool monster makeup/animateonics.

I think anyone over 30 needs at least some therapy. It's a double edged sword with all the stuff out there and can be overwhelming I know it was for me.

From this side we can get fixated on a particular provider and the disappointment can be big , plus the nature of the business makes navigating the process frustrating. It doesn't excuse doing that or similar behavior, but I don't think we are as quick to recognize the abundance.

Just looked up drop set (reduce weight if you can't complete the set, continue 1 to 3 reps at lower weight) I have been lifting since highschool, never heard of it. But it sounds like the look is the thing. I like hearing stories about women having positive interactions with men at the gym.

I'd call it the Religious right wing of the Republican party. I think Conservative or Liberal is not a good party label, but that is really getting into Semantics. Then we have the "Win" at all costs MAGA BS now running the Country. I really hope they loose a lot of power at the midterms.
