A judge has dismissed a $100 million federal excessive force lawsuit against a Colorado Springs police officer and the city. The lawsuit was brought by a man who broke his neck after the officer used a Taser on him during a chase. For @cprnews.bsky.social

Unfortunately, the Intuitive Machines lunar lander (carrying the Lunar Outpost rover) touched down on its side yesterday and it's solar panels cannot recharge. Thus, it appears the rover will not be able to exit the lander. #space
