I have kinda-sorta put into words a bit of the significance of having Narrativia Snow Globes in the Good Omens finale. It’s a longish post for this app, but it all boils down to home, love and eternity. www.tumblr.com/captainfanta...

I’m not part of the script department or by any means someone who decides or knows for sure - but - as someone who was a lifelong fan even before I worked on it, I believe that they love each other beyond any cosmic rules set by a single entity. To me, they will always persist beyond everything.

Good Omens would have been turned into a movie as early as the 1990s. It never happened. Then 2010 came along after it having gone through many production pauses and it was finally becoming a reality. Sir Terry was there to approve of it. 2017 came along and they finally started+

“Aladdin Sane” was the very first song that inspired the tune for the original Good Omens score written by David Arnold. Mostly because the piano was so erratic and weird sounding, but coherent, just like A&C’s relationship. Of course Aziraphale would bebop him + #go3spoilers

I just saw someone say on the other site (and not sarcastically) that that ending was disrespectful towards Terry. Mate… that ending was created by Terry. This show was finished BECAUSE of him. What’s downright unjolly good is you pretending to know more about the SD than STP.

Prior to the May 13 release of GO3, I was planning a series of appreciation posts for the crew who made this possible, especially those unsung who also worked on the other series and supported me as the newb in the group. I have been held up by tragedy irl, but I will start with the VFX crew:

The Book of Life (Love) is long and boring. No one can lift the damn thing…. No but, if this was ever any indication for A and C to slow dance like in Shall we Dance (2004), I’ll lose my marbles. And even more so if the chorus is reflected on the show.
