What Holds Us Up?Bridges connect, support, and withstand pressure—not through rigidity, but adaptability. Leadership resilience works the same way. It’s about having strong supports—values, teams, and the ability to adjust. #Leadership #Resilience #BuildingMoreJoy

Redwood trees stand tall not because of deep roots, but because their roots intertwine, creating a network of strength and support. Like them, we thrive through connection—lifting others, leaning on community, and growing together. True resilience isn’t isolation, it’s unity. #Leadership #Growth
