Colorado LB Tyler Martinez and OL Demetrius Hunter each shared surgery photos today from the hospital. Both were highly regarded transfers into the program for 2026 and expected to start - although Martinez started the first four games Hunter played limited minutes behind C Sean Kinney.

So yeah, it’s very clear that Juju is scared of getting hit and he’s not making throws because of it. I’m not sure how or if you can fix that, but you’re not going to be successful at the P4 level if your QB1 isn’t willing to get leveled sometimes to get the ball out. If Shedeur was on this team 🤯

On Juju’s 3rd pass, it gets more frustrating. He drifts away from pressure and nearly throws a pick attempting to throw it away. You can see Moore entering the left side of the screen here deep over the middle. Juju was squared up and could have made the throw but would have gotten drilled.

On the first Colorado possession, facing 3rd and 9 at midfield, Juju had Moore and Farrakhan open to cut it to 4th and 5ish. Instead he pump fakes(seen here) and gets sacked for a loss of 7. CU then fails to take advantage of a punt inside the five, allowing Baylor to return out to its own 40.

From reporting I watched last night, it sounds like Juju had wide open receivers on multiple plays but didn’t pull the trigger. With Marion’s reaction at the end of the 1st half, it’s not a surprise they put Isaac Wilson in a close game. Is Juju done in Boulder? Fear can be crippling.
