Canadian gov’t & labor unions state that Cleveland-Cliffs failed to honor the terms of its legally binding agreement. They had layoffs up to 500 jobs across plants in Hamilton/Nanticoke. They intend to pursue Cleveland-Cliffs "to the fullest extent of the law" for breaching its legal employment.
