Art is one of the safest ways to explore your deeper emotions. Those big emotions will arise during your process, whether you intend it or not. Be curious about understanding them like you're curious about learning to draw.

Give yourself 3 months of dedicated art practice AND: - Draw 30-60 min a day minimum - Draw what you love - Surround yourself with creative people - Analyze what is working/not working in your practice - Regularly ask for feedback from peers I guarantee you'll see results. 💪
