Winter again, and air quality goes to hell. People still burn trash, wet wood, plastics to stay warm. Cold air traps the smoke and whole regions choke for days. Yay... This isn’t just “bad weather.” It’s a choice and it’s something that needs to change. Quality of air close to my city..

50+ founders listened as I shared Rankpilot tool for ranking on ChatGPT & Google Key takeaways from talk: 1. Ask questions to get engagement 2. Relax when you speak (deep breaths help 😅) Focus on the problem your product solves.. people care less about features. It was an amazing experience!

The hardest part for me is not rushing when working on a project. Simply because I get burned out. I work insanely fast, but that comes with a price. So what I’m still trying to learn is going a bit slower. Taking a step back. End of TED Talk.

Indie hackers don’t do this! I was making the same mistake most people do: Copying something & lowering monthly price. in the long run 99.9% of the time, it won’t work. ...you’re just chasing trends and copying all the time. Build something real. Don’t be a clone. #buildinpublic #indiehackers

Working on a SAAS product is extremely complex, from dealing with bugs to seeing interesting comments from users - often without even trying the tool. I don’t really care about negative opinions, but bugs... oh well, they drive me nuts! #buildinpublic

These logos are separated by an "x," indicating a collaboration or partnership. The text is white, standing out clearly against the sky background.

If you want to learn monetization. NEVER build app/SAAS for free. Set up price, try not to go low just because you think no one would pay. This is how you'll learn in long run about monetization. #indiehackers #buildinpublic

Most indie hackers charge Extremly cheap SAAS products. It's time for a change. Short term, you aren't going to earn a sustainable living from $9 subscriptions. Long term, it's going to damage the community. So this mentality has to change. Worth reading. #buildinpublic

Don't Charge $9 a month for Your SaaS

Today I increased pricing plans across Votemojo and Previewmojo. All plans now start at $49 a month. Here's why charging $9 a month for your indie SaaS product is a really silly idea.
