Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 23/09/2026 I actually like my job: Not only do I get to "help" people, I also have some room for self-expression, albeit a subtle one. While I do have to "convey" everything that was said, how I do so changes the experience for everyone. So... its fulfilling. That's also why it hits so hard when it's not.. 010
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 23/09/2026Normally I like being an interpreter. It's like being a stagehand or a living "caption". You are not there as a person, but as a function. Usually nurses and social workers are nice, but when they're not... oh man, being forced to echo the ableism and racism of some people is gut wrenching. 121
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 19/09/2026Well, aside from the map view and the shop but that makes sense. 001
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 19/09/2026I sort of love how those screenshots just show the first stage of the game. Truly spoiler free. 101

"Where are you going, beloved of my heart?" Parvati turned to him. "Who are you, lord?" "Why, I am Shiva the essence of creation." 524664

Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 23/07/2026I came to here to see if it had been already been brought up and I'm quite pleased to see it was. 110

Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 26/05/2026@brossentia.bsky.social upon seeing this I immediately wondered if you had seen this or knew about this wonderfully peculiar game: youtu.be/mDfcBlH-_hwyoutu.beAnimal Land Satsujin Jiken - an MSX review by Mr. Jakes of PC-88/98 ParadiseYouTube video by Basement Brothers 110

Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 29/04/2026I would say that, at the time this game released, it was a seminal manga and maybe a seminal ova, but not a seminal anime. 000
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 22/04/2026I do prefer their Thor rather than the Therion cover. 010
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 21/04/2026I'll be looking forward to your insights! For me, it was such a powerful experience I think about it constantly. You are sure to have more than a mere good time, but it's also a wonderful time. 010
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 21/04/2026I honestly believe mother 3's treatment of the magical gender defying people is touching and wonderful. Then again, mother 3 is the game that has impressed me the most in my life. 110
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 16/04/2026it is, and Kim Novak herself ain't happy with it :( 110
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 14/04/2026I love seeing Ñs. Ñs are the way, Ñs are the life. 010
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 10/04/2026I'm sorry to say that I completely misread the original post. So.... Nevermind, sorry! Then again, I haven't seen it either so... Maybe? 000
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 09/04/2026Oh man, was Wonder Man left out because he ain't in NYC? 100
I'll show myself out. 010
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 08/04/2026Ash, justo estaba pensando "ojalá no sea J.C. Holguín..." Pero estaba pensando eso porque él era mi primer candidato a ser el autor de esta memez. Y aunque no "sorprende" no deja de fastidiar que así sea. 110
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 08/04/2026I've been following the hobby since before classic games done quick. I even speedran for a while (being in The Sunday Sequence Break was a high point for me). And it reeks of something foul that you should be banned for such a non-reason. It's disheartening and awkwardly suspicious. 110
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 31/03/2026Please tell me that the guy in the ad is Mr. Shigesato Itoi himself. That would make my day. Nay, my life 010
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 25/03/2026I always fought for the third controller in the Starfox 64 multiplayer. It had the best color for the shots. 010

Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 11/03/2026It's a step forward but I still wish he would just outright say he supports trans athletes and trans everything. Still, it's still an improvement. 010
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 05/03/2026and I swear this is the last I'll say: I'm still very excited to see what you'll come up with and will most likely buy it. So, keep it up dude! 110
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 05/03/2026Like the guy who claims to have found several "lost" mayan ruins with AI and satellites and logic. He claims "no one knew there were ruins there"... but as far as I know and recall, none of his discoveries was new to the locals. Still, no one had had access to the platforms and audience that he had. 110
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 05/03/2026In my own lifetime i've seen the "facts" regarding the maya change a lot. And it wasn't even "new knowledge", it was just the academics from all over the world playing tag. And we've seen way too many colonial white experts condescend their way to stardom. They get to write a lot of the books... 110
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 05/03/2026yeah, and i do believe their sound is much cooler and ominous than that of any regular whistle, which is why I was surprised. I actually come from the mayan region (the yucatec mayan region to be precise, which bears mentioning because the maya are... diverse), and I truly wish you the best. 210
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 05/03/2026And well, Aztec whistles do make a super cool sound. Conch shell trumpets also sound really cool. I never thought any of those could be described as "wind". 010
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 05/03/2026Why aztecs though? Any reason for tapping into that or is that rule of "cool" as well? I'm honestly curious. From Gary Jennings to Grant Morrison, we've seen some... sigh-worthy "representations" in the past. That said, Alan Moore in Tom Strong did something that was as cool as it was respectful... 210
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 01/03/2026I'm playing it and liking it. Not better than RE1 remaster, but other than eliminators and that Castlevania giant bat, I'm having a blast. Maybe not playing it back in the day and only doing so now without expectations nor prejudices is doing the trick. Or maybe I'm just one of them "sickos".media.tenor.coma black and white cartoon of a man holding a sign that says ' sickos ' .ALT: a black and white cartoon of a man holding a sign that says ' sickos ' . 000
Cerillas Malone @borisdupin.bsky.social · 14/02/2026I see the efforts english speakers do to properly pronounce french, german and japanese. I wonder why, when it comes to spanish they refuse to acknowledge their horrible tendency to emphasize the wrong syllable. On a side note, I confess that seeing the ñ converted into an n also seems... Careless. 000
