It’s quite a bit different biology. It’s a clear trout lake very deep spots and it has large Muskie. Lake of the Woods also has muskie, but I’m on it during the summer when I’m out at my campsite It’s a tradition for me to go into this lake every fall for about a month maybe longer

Yeah, here too we have multi species so I fish for all of them. The lakes out in northwestern Ontario are incredible fisheries. I fish for muskie late in the fall because that is when the bite is the best. You troll for them - it’s too cold to cast. I’ve been out in temperatures as cold as -5.
