My latest for @borderlex.net - the EU is undermining trade agreements and indeed policy stability in a panic about China - and this is exactly the opposite of the stability its' economy needs. Following Trump's lead is obvious bad policy. borderlex.net/2026/09/21/p...

The European Union has decided to apply the 50% out-of-quota duties foreseen in a new steel regulation enacted at the end of June to free trade agreement partners Albania, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, North Macedonia, Serbia, Switzerland and Tunisia.
