We're letting these kids watch entirely too much TV! As O'Malley continues her recovery - 3 broken metatarsal bones - we are having to find creative ways to keep her entertained, but not active Shane found this on YouTube, and it's a big hit w/ the kitties - almost as good as the real window!

Rex the cat is still looking for his forever home! The good folks over at Aloro Pet Hospital on Laurel Canyon have been trying to help him. Please share to help Rex find a loving home. 💖🐈 #cat #cats #adoptacat

If you want more O'Malley updates, you can watch me muddle my way through TikTok. I'm @just_sammy_kate I may eventually do something other than kitten updates there, but I mean, this is basically my life right now

An orange kitten asleep belly-up on a bee print cloth diaper on the lap of someone wearing jeans & a green sweatshirt. Kitten's paws are up in the air, bent, as if running, head flopped back so we can see white fur under chin & neck. Kitten's face is closest to the camera, back paws farther away. Person's ankle is crossed over knee, green sock. Not much of person is visible (bottom of shirt, calf crossed over other leg, foot w/ sock)

I don't remember to post here often. If I had to update in a single word here, it would have to be: Cats. To elaborate: one older cat emergency (she's fine now, thank goodness); and kitten. Super. Tiny Kitten. Here are kitty photos - 3 of kitten, O'Malley, and one of Lucy, at her follow-up appt

A tiny light orange striped kitten is crouched on a light beige carpet with its face turned to the camera. Its ears are curled forward a bit and eyes are a bit crusty. A human hand reaches palm down from the bottom right corner of the photo. The kitten's front right paw rests on hand

Close-up of approximately 5 week old orange kitten w/ striping on front legs and around eyes. Kitten's front paws are gripping a brightly coloured patterned fleece blanket, face is turned 3/4 to the left, ears cocked forward

Orange striped kitten stands atop scratching post, head cocked slightly to the right, pale yellow-green wall in the background, light wood shelf to the left. Pale blue lighting illuminates the kitten's face from above left

A grey shorthair cat with tripping above pale yellow-green eyes, on tail and on front legs rest inside a carrier on top of a paper pad, front paws in front of her. Her ears are cocked forward, tail is wrapped around her body to the front, and she wears a collar that is not visible, but a ring and bell can be seen hanging from it. The inside of the carrier is black above and behind her, and to the right, there is a black mesh window

I've had an account here for...uh...some time. This is my very first post. See ya 'round the playground

A photo of a clear blue sky with skywriting of a single heart in the center. The left side of the heart rests on a lighter skywritten shape that looks like a bow, from which one might shoot an arrow
