It was one of those annoying bugs that had no consistency whatsoever. Only some users ran into it, some of the time, on some machines, and often it went away on its own. 120

No more flashes of unstyled content, annoying layout shifts and losing your scroll position. Pages now loaded instantly AND we removed some ugly hacks. WIN 120
