Well, that’s a wrap on my playlist for 2025! Crazy how hyper fixated I can get onto a single song and play it on repeat for my whole hour and a half drive to and from work. Anyways, check out EPIC: The Musical, it’s amazing!

I miss the days I used to play games with friends for fun. Now it seems that either I’ll be making content or they will, it’s never just friends hanging out anymore. I miss my friends.

Mastercard's new policy unfairly targets the adult content industry, making sex workers more vulnerable, especially Black trans women. It must be stopped.

As a final note: I am NOT saying how itch handled this was right What I AM saying is that, itch is the most recent in a LONG list of sites restricting NSFW and queer content And going to the source (payment processors) is more effective + doable than contacting every single company 5/🧵

Complaint Letter Template

Customer Complaint Dept,

This message is to lodge an official complaint about the ongoing rampant restrictions your company has placed on legal sales made by legitimate businesses.

These restrictions are not only counter to the concept of freedom of speech and expression, but they harm consumers, businesses, and they harm your company’s bottom line.

The following actions are absolutely necessary to protect the freedoms of your client base and the sustainability of legitimate business practices:

Remove from your Terms of Service any mention barring the use of your service for sale and purchase of legal products.
Contact Steam (Valve), Itch.io, and any other company you have previously put pressure on to retract your content restrictions.
Put in place protections to prevent such restrictions from being put in place in the future without ample warning and time to contest them.

If these changes aren't made then I, along with many others will be forced to seek other options for processing payments.

Sincerely,
A Concerned Customer.

People are excited for Inzoi because 😱*GASP* new Sims-like BUT PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT IT, IT HEAVILY uses gen-AI, from AI generated 3D objects, to AI generated images (not just textures, but decorations and more), even the steam banner is AI If you are against AI, don't give this game your money!

Inzoi released on steam in early access with very positive reviews, but the positive reception of this game just fuels the Generative AI dumpster fire.

As stated DIRECTLY from the devs:
inZOI uses on-device generative AI technology to provide creators with additional customization options for an intuitive creative experience.

Enter text prompts to generate custom patterns and images to customize outfits, props, and furniture to your liking. Transform 2D images into in-game 3D objects or create character motions by uploading your video files.

Bring your imagination to life with these powerful tools! With limitless creative freedom, the possibilities are endless!
---------------------------------------
Steam also has to show the AI generated content disclosure as well for this game:

Players can generate unique textures for character outfits and various items based on text input. They can also create 3D objects from image input, which can be used as interior decorations or accessories, and add distinctive motions to their Zoi using video input. Additionally, the actions and thoughts of Zois are controlled through sLM technology, enabling more engaging and intuitive interactions.

I would say a single video I could skip through. What helps is if you have the video segmented by the steps so people can skip to each part based on the understanding they get.
