Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 05/10/2026France were outstanding - the substitutions made a big difference. 000
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 05/10/2026France 1 down against Belgium with 13 mins left and romped home 4-1. Football from another planet. Olise and Doue and absolute joy to watch. Reminds you why you fell in love with the game. 010
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Just turned on France v Belgium there and noticed that none other than Nick Walsh is the referee! Astounded would be an understatement. 121
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 04/10/2026If anyone was still unsure about Desmond’s priorities & contempt for the support, the length, tone & content of that statement should erase any doubt. 361
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 04/10/2026I’m entirely comfortable with it as it’s pretty harmless. It pricked the ego of the moustachioed one into ok’ing a verbose, AI generated response because it interrupted a golf game in front of the great & good. The man and his son have nothing but contempt for the support. 061
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 03/10/2026I was taught Economics at St Patrick’s High, Dumbarton by the youngest John Divers. A great guy, stylish dresser and a fantastic teacher. 100
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Yep, there’s quite a few edits of the song but none capture the magic of hearing it in a club in the early 90s. It’s odd how badly it has aged whilst others of that time are still a great listen. 110
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Heading back to Rome in 2 weeks time having not been there for about 20 years. Any tips or suggestions? 130
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Normally solitary birds and often aggressive towards one another as you probably know. Often overlooked but I like their relative tameness when pottering about the garden. 120
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Thought it was an absolute banger in the 90s. Now, I tend to skip it when I’m ever playing dance mixes. 110
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Anybody get a ticket for the ACSOM Brendan Rodgers event? I got through this morning, selected 2 seats in the 6th row, tried to checkout and got an error message. Got kicked out, tried to log back in, by which time I was 4,000th in the queue and onto plums!🙃😞 121
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Up to us all here to keep it going otherwise it withers on the vine. 110
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 02/10/2026And the problem with telling fans nothing is that people make up what they don’t know.🤷♂️ Our Board really are a contemptible shower of cretins. 010
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 02/10/2026I have a feeling MON would have been thinking of chucking it, but suspect Desmond talked him round. But as usual with Celtic, there’s an information vacuum. 110
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Hasn’t grown the way I thought it would but for me it’s about quality over quantity. ✅ Grew to hate X. Loved the old Twitter. No going back for me. 110
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 30/09/2026He should get Gavin Masterton on as well and we will truly be through the looking glass. 101
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 30/09/2026I’ve mentioned before that I seem to be getting more animated & emotional about Celtic the older I get. I thought maturity would bring the opposite. So I had a chuckle there when reading Jim Kerr & Charlie Burchill of Simple Minds’ great book “our secrets are the same”…glad to know it’s not just me! 181
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 29/09/2026He’s rank rotten. We could all see it when he was at Celtic. And yet….. 100
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Brainless from Henry. He knows he’s last man and any contact will see him off. 020
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Same, especially as I’d be buying two, one for the wife as well. 020
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 26/09/2026At that price, I’m very relaxed that I missed out. Never got a code. Wasn’t meant to be. I’ve made my peace with it. 120
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 26/09/2026I still haven’t received a code yet. Looks like it’ll pass me by. Again. I’ve already spent a fortune on other gigs next year so maybe no bad thing! 120
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 24/09/2026The album Whatever You Want by Status Quo, bought when I was at primary school, and I’ve still got it. 210
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 23/09/2026He wasn’t consistent for us and was often bang average. To suggest otherwise is revisionism IMHO. In fairness, maybe our system & quality of players around him didn’t help. His attributes are maybe better suited to England. In any event, I wish him well. 120
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 22/09/2026Now 2 days into this 3 week break for Celtic and not a peep about the manager and coaches. A club that just drifts along, a hostage to fortune. If we really wanted to control our own destiny we would’ve removed all of the coaching staff and have new appointments in this week. 191
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 20/09/2026It’s up there. The Covid games at home were pish and I was there in the early 90s when we went 3 down before HT (when a mars bar was infamously thrown at the directors) - that said, we at least scored 2 goals later on in that game. Today we had nothing. 110
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 20/09/2026We should change the coaching staff now and, while problems will remain in the boardroom, it might give us a chance to give the team a bit of structure, style and purpose. The current setup is not working. 3242
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Yep, been coming for a few years now. Got away with it last year but the rot had set in a long time ago. 110
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Frightening how far we’ve fallen. A dysfunctional mess in the boardroom, the dugout and out on the pitch. 3286
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 20/09/2026He should never have kicked a ball again for us after LASK. Completely out his depth at this level. 020
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Really poor in and out of possession from us. Trusty hasn’t won a header against Kelsey and if McCowan is the answer, what is the question? A painful watch. 030
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 19/09/2026I said as much after Thursday night’s latest debacle. I’d prefer him to walk if we lose on Sunday, otherwise the Board need to do the deed (which they won’t). When you lose the support, the game’s up. 220
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 17/09/2026I don’t necessarily disagree. But……we chucked a 4 goal lead against LASK. Have now lost 6 goals in the last 2 games. I think with better organisation (a compact midfield without fullbacks bombing forward) , we would not have lost 11 goals in those 3 games. We need to stop bleeding. 130
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 17/09/2026We can all rightfully pick holes in this squad (and some of the players are nowhere near Celtic class) but we should be doing way better than we are. Quite simply, we look a badly coached side. 4342
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 17/09/2026This Sunday was always going to be massive. Lose and MON should resign. I’d hate to see a legend removed from office, but if he refuses to go voluntarily we need to pull the plug on him and this coaching team. 482
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 17/09/2026McCowan, Ralston, Scales all again out there representing Celtic on the European stage. We really are a laughing stock. 3121
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Cheap possession given away again by Scales and they break and score. We are in a bad, bad way. 030
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Had to follow the game via notifications as was watching my boy play at same time. Sounds pitiful. Thankfully now heading straight to Radio 2 in the Park to try and forget about it. 000
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 12/09/2026We all see it differently. Been a passenger since Ange left. I’m glad he left.🙌 100
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Maybe not a popular opinion but I always thought Hatate was vastly overrated. 110
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 05/09/2026The quality just needs up-scaled. We’ve got a piss poor version with insufficient cameras. 140
Bon Scott @bonscott1.bsky.social · 05/09/2026Ironically one of the best chances we had was when Nygren should’ve shot but instead cut back across goal. 110
