Day 2 of painting walls and sorting stuff before the big move. Excited to get it all done and be back on track again. It’s too difficult trying to be creative under these circumstances, so I’m really excited to get my little workspace up

Sadly I didn’t get to do the @monthlypixels.bsky.social this time around due to moving, so instead I wanted to share two covers I did earlier. One for the Czech punk band Meow! and one for my own band Batboner. Both rather old works, but still favourites <3 #albumcoverart #illustration #punk

Work in progress gouache painting, nicker poster colors on hahnenmuhle paper, A4 ca.

Train cars and containers stacked on each other, making a shopping district with food stalls, record stores, cafes, etc

As I’m now hooked on Persona 5 in between moving prep, here’s my recommended play order: P3, P4, P5 Easy! 3 has terrible dungeons, but great socials and story, same with 4, but with rural charm. 5 so far is amazing! Story hits hard, and just the first dungeon is more fun than ever! #persona

Oh look! A new profile pic :D Thanks for suggestions earlier on this! Plus a small nudge to my „spelling mistake“ in the username 🙃 (do read the alt text) This was done using a palette I’m working on of 16 colors, plus I did some minor blending layers with these. #portrair #pixelart #8bit #art

Self portrait pixel art, with a big raccoon shape inspired pilot helmet

The kanji in the back is for banzai! Often used for cheering on teams, at weddings, expressing gratitudeetc. In the context of this image it is not by any means militaristic, despite the imagery with a pilot helmet.

I am a devout anti fascist, and I am in no way supportive of the Japanese government, or its war crimes during WW2

Because my username is spelled Bonzai and not Bonsai, it’s more meant as a fun and cheerful way of spelling Bonsai. Bonsai Banzai!! Gratitude for the tiny pretty trees <3

If you read all of this, thank you :)
Stay anti fascist, be kind towards each other <3
