Have noticed birds staying at the feeders longer because of the meal worms. I call it the Bird lottery🤣 Should have enough to take them thru Oct easily. Then I have more baby mealworms for Nov-Dec and eggs about to hatch. Have to keep going there may be more babies needing raising in the spring😊

As all of you know I try my best with every baby bird to release them to fly free. Happy just had too many disabilities to release her. Marvin was a different story he just refused to leave. But we had over 5 wonderful years together. Know I can't save them all but I still cry when I lose one

I will still continue to raise mealworms but will cut back to 3 bins 1 for mealworms 1 for Pupa and 1 for beetles to lay eggs. The wild birds have come to rely on me for the meal worms. You can't stop the wild birds have come to rely on me for that little extra to keep them healthy

Even though I miss Happy it's so sad I could not do more for her. The wild birds got an extra treat at the feeders today. I got over 500 meal worms out of the bin that I was feeding Happy. There has to be over 500 left. so mixed it with the seeds they will be happy and well fed.

Happy the little sparrow has crossed over the rainbow bridge this morning. Was able to hold her and kiss her goodbye before she passed. She was a sweet little bird who tried her hardest to survive. Even though she had a lot of disabilities RIP little one TY for being in my life even if only awhile😭

I am going to do a mail in ballot in the state of Pa for the 1st time in years. I have always chose to go in person. I have been hearing that they notify you when your ballot has been accepted. Not sure about that but I am hoping it's true. It's been a long time since not going in person to vote
