Any recommendations for a severe toothache that is keeping me up at night? Looks like I’m going into day 2 of no sleep and I’ve spent 90% of today calling different dentists to try and get seen with no luck 😭 painkillers arent helping and orajel only gives relief for like 5 mins 💀
