#RWArtMonth 2025 Day 27: Past Garbage Wastes - Seeing how Garbage Wastes slowly degraded over time in the Downpour DLC was really cool.

A digital painting, depicting a scene from the game Rain World. It's an eroding industrial environment flooded with bubbling green acidic water, large pipes, scattered brickwork, swathes of tall foliage growths, and towering support structures. A slugcat, the Spearmaster, is leaping between debris patches scattered across a pool of acid, and appears small in the scale of the scene.

#RWArtMonth 2025 Day 19: Drainage System - I do my best to avoid going to this place. I usually find myself losing my way in it's pipe-laden structure.

A digital painting, depicting an industrial scene with pipes, chains, and other structures all over the place. Many of these structures are overgrown with grungy vegetation. A small purple slugcat, the Spearmaster from the game Rain World, is standing on a square structure looking across the scene, where a pipe is dumping a huge flow of water. Dappled, broken up sunlight illuminates the scene, making the water almost glow.

Day 20 of the 2025 #RWArtMonth: Scavenger chieftain mask "Or you could take the path of revenge, but be sure that it won't fill that void. It'll keep you busy for a long time, that's for sure, but it'll make you forget who you were and it'll never fix what's already done." #NeiArt #Rainworld

#RWArtMonth 2025 Day 15: Mushrooms - This piece is an reimagining of my artwork from the mushrooms prompt in 2022. This was a fun one!

A digital painting, depicting a slugcat from the game Rain World having just taken a bite of a mushroom with certain properties. Large abstract rainbow of distortion circles are emanating from their head. They have an expression like they've just had a sudden and immense realisation. The surrounding environment is thick with foliage and lit from the background, creating a glow around the slugcat in the centre.

#RWArtMonth 2025 Day 13: General Systems Bus - Stumbling upon this area for the first time left me in awe. The complex buzzing atmosphere made me realise how small I was as the player in the vast world of Rain World.

A digital painting, depicting a slugcat form the game Rain World looking up at a massive dark wall of complex machinery. The wall is illuminated by numerous projected vertical and horizontal bars of light and lots of strange symbols. A long red noodle creature with many thin tendrils is floating in front of the wall and seems to be tending to the machinery, with two circles being projected onto the wall around either end of it. Small tadpole like creatures with two tails, lit up a deep blue colour, fly around the scene freely. The vibes of the scene are quite overwhelming and technologically advanced.

#RWArtMonth 2025 Day 9: Echoes - In my opinion, this is one of the most interesting aspects of Rain World. I have been fascinated by the echoes since I first encountered one.

A digital painting, depicting a slugcat, from the game Rain World, looking up at a floating ethereal being. The atmosphere is a dark misty blue. The floating being looks like an armless figure with their legs crossed and some long wavey tendrils floating around them, coming out of their back. They are a dark abstract silhouette with long and slender legs, with no discernible feet. The head is on a long neck, hunched over, and looks vaguely like the shape of a bird head with a long beak, only is is covered in shimmering gold diamond shapes. The legs also have a shimmering pattern of gold squares. The edges of the tendrils also shimmer in this way. The environment is distorting around the being, like an extreme heat haze, and many large golden flakes float down from above like leaves.

#RWArtMonth 2025 Day 4: Dropwigs - Although I am always on the lookout for these crafty ceiling critters, I continue to be caught out by their sneaky bait.

A digital painting looking down from the ceiling of a long abandoned industrial corridor. A slugcat, from the game Rain World, is attempting to flee from a pair of dropwig creatures seeking a meal. The slugcat has seen a spear with a red ribbon tied around it just a short distance away and is moving towards it, unaware of the danger of another dropwig hiding on the ceiling above.
The scene is brightly lit with several beams of sunlight cascading across the large corridor.
