Rigatoni is such an angelic boy

Another quick bug paint over to bring some old Tyranids out of their ugly middle school paint schemes. #Warhammer40k #PaintingWarhammer #PaintingMiniatures #Tyranids

Very cool, just got my Maulers in the mail and I’m waiting for the work day to end so I can go home and assemble them

Real quick Tyranid speed paint this afternoon before work. Found a handful of these guys in storage and I can’t remember the last time I painted a big bug! #Warhammer40k #PaintingWarhammer #PaintingMiniatures #Tyranids

WIP of my Chem-Dog heavy stubber team! Gunner is pretty much done and his assistant gunner will be joining him soon. #Warhammer40k

Work-in-progress of the last of the infantry for my Chem-Dogs list. Once they’re done I’m taking a break from these freaks until the last couple of vehicles arrive!

Four Imperial Guard / Astra Militarum miniatures in various stages of priming and sub-assembly.

Yeah, me. I’m the subset.

Absolutely picking up a couple of Maulers, I really like the chunky look.

Every rule exists for a reason, I don't envy game stores having to manage rowdy crowds.

I'm here for the cool paint jobs 😎

Two more Chem-Dogs done for One Page Rules, which is the last of the infantry except for one weapons team! After that I just have two more vehicles to paint and I’ll have my first fully painted army in over a decade.

So close to finishing two more Dogs but will have to wait until I’m home from work tonight to put the last touches on them!

Calling it a wrap on the Demolisher for now! Not bad for a quick rescue repaint, this Leman Russ is going to be seeing a lot more action now. #Warhammer40k #PaintingMiniatures #PaintingWarhammer

There are a handful of Citadel paints that will live in my rotation until I find an equivalent, but I don’t see myself entirely transitioning to exclusively one brand anytime soon. When they get it right, they get it right.

Did some sponging to build up shadows and layers on the Demolisher, breathing some new life into it before I move onto details!

Basecoats before drybrushing! I think the torso on the right came from a Valkyrie door gunner that was among my bits. Seems fitting for one of the Dogs to have pulled a “dead” door gunner from a wreck and strip him of his sick fit.

Look at who was just waiting in storage to reinforce the Chem-Dogs. This Demolisher must be from high school, and it looks the part; I had to do a lot of cleaning up with the hobby knife, but it’s on deck to be primed and repainted in the proper colors! #Warhammer40k #PaintingMiniatures #Miniatures

Shotgun medic is done for my Chem-Dogs! I put together a 1000pt list for One Page Rules and realized that I needed an entire squad of shotgun veterans - a quick pivot to the correct arms and we’re on our way to a finished army. #Warhammer40k #PaintingMiniatures #Miniatures

I think that documenting all paintjobs is a good habit, it helps you reflect on area that need improvement and serves as a great benchmark when you’re looking back and comparing with your newer works. That being said, no pressure to share anything you don’t want to. You should do it purely for you.
