The written poem of the prayer to Saitada as it's apparently too long to fit in the text bit.
Saitada's a local goddess of the Tyne valley associated with grief, there's a stone/style dedicated to her at Vindolanda
She features in my stories in her aspect as a goddess of grief and the moon.
Did you know every time you throw a coin into water, spring, fountain etc. it's an act of worship. Makes her a powerful goddess.
Her familiars are magpies and foxes

Blue Bowl tonight has sausage'n'beans cos it's way too hot to have the oven on. A mix of pinto and baked beans amped up with onions, garlic and pimenton then some smoked garlic sausage added. Served with buttered toast and some corn ribs in chilli butter, they were in the fridge and needed eating
