Soul Mate I’d give anything To have one more stupid fight Or to hear you sing off-key Like Superman, I’d Turn back time Put our life on hold The moment we said I do Such difficulty and pain I wouldn’t hesitate to do again Heaven is so fucking lucky Happy Birthday, Jaceson. ❤️‍🩹 #Poem

#185 of 365 A jumbled hodgepodge of end time ideology and Catholicism. Characters rushed through their speeches and the FX was silly. Started with promise and went downhill almost immediately. I like religious horror, but this wasn’t it. 2/10 #365Horror #HorrorSky #ShadowOfGod #Horror #HorrorBrat

Movie poster art for Shadow of God (in dark gray with an upside down cross cut out for the O). On a bland, off-white background, a rail thin, white man without a shirt is misshapen and bent over backward, while yelling and casting a shadow of a crown of thorns.

#184 of 365 Beautiful sounding and shot so prettily, but glacially paced (after 40 minutes, there’s finally something resembling horror) and hard to follow in spots. Loved the snakes and the brief shot of the deity. Creepy. 5.5/10 #365Horror #HorrorSky #Mudbrick #Horror #HorrorBrat

Movie poster art for Mudbrick (in red). Shows a gloomy looking countryside with an older white man in dark dress holding out his hands together outstretch toward the sky l and grimacing.

#183 of 365 The time jumps are convoluted nonsense, the bad guy is almost infallible and everyone acts like headless chickens. Fortunately, Hugh Bonneville is delectable, so that somewhat held my attention. Other films have done this better. 4/10 #365Horror #HorrorSky #ICameBy #Horror #HorrorBrat

Movie poster art for I Came By. On a black background, a serious young man descends some stairs in front of an arched door. Looming overhead (that takes up the whole frame) is a suited, older, white man looking grave.

#182 of 365 I really liked the last installment,so I was really looking forward to this. So much lower quality than it’s predecessors. Completely llackluster and only decent-ish after the reveal. 3/10 for parts of the soundtrack. #365Horror #HorrorSky #FearStreetPromQueen #Horror #HorrorBrat

Movie poster art for Feat Street Prom Queen. Shows six teenage girls in formals, looking down, but circled around a disco ball.

#181 of 365 So this take is basically if Ed Gein was a woman. Pretty stylish, but the ending is telegraphed from a mile away. However, I appreciated the look into the neurosis of a younger generation. Interesting. 6/10 #365Horror #HorrorSky #TheStylist #Horror #HorrorBrat

Movie poster art for The Stylist (in gold lettering at the bottom). Inside a purple arch is a mannequin head with a red wig on and a bit of blood seeping down.

#180 of 365 Well, there’s definitely that one scene that divides 😉 audiences on whether or not this goes too hard, and I say it’s great. Like the western aspect, the lore and of course, Kurt Russell (but who doesn’t?) in mutton chops. 8/10 #365Horror #HorrorSky #BoneTomahawk #Horror #HorrorBrat

Movie poster art for Bone Tomahawk. Shows cowboys riding horses down from a cliff, while a saddened, outsized Kurt Russell looks down from overhead. Entire things is in golds, browns, whites and blacks. Background is beige.

#179 of 365 Bloody, raucous and funny revenge horror. Love both Steven Yeun and Samara Weaving, which have adorable chemistry. I had a great time, so I highly recommend this. Because honestly? It’s cute! 7.5/10 #365Horror #HorrorSky #Mayhem #Horror #HorrorBrat

Movie poster art for Mayhem. Shows a group of people and mercenary types in the midst of combat with a splash of yellow and red, plus a quarantine tape across the front. Tagline: Hostile work environment.

#178 of 365 This has always been touted as a great anthology series, but I was non-plussed. The individual stories were banal and the thread that held it all together had me rolling my eyes. 2/10 also. #365Horror #HorrorSky #Southbound #Horror #HorrorBrat

Movie poster art for Southbound. Shows a huge, black pentagram in the desert made out of highway with mountains in the background. Tagline: No matter which road you choose, it’s all going south.

#177 (misnumbered yesterday) of 365 I was initially intrigued by the poster art…. so very 60s. Then when the movie started, I went straight to hating the couple at its center. No amount of gore could help, I just wanted it over. Quickly. 2/10 #365Horror #HorrorSky #DoNotDisturb #Horror #HorrorBrat

Movie poster art for Do Not Disturb. Has a woman at its middle with another face off to the right. Both are done in a psychedelic style in bright pink, a bit of orange and black, all with a misshaped geographic swirl over them. Tagline: Love is all-consuming.

#175 of 365 Hmm. We know my feelings on space flicks, then add in Reynolds and Gyllenhaal being annoying. 😐Fortunately, Ariyon Bakare was amazing and the monster was intriguing, so instead of my usual pan, I give this a solid 6/10. #365Horror #HorrorSky #Life #Horror #HorrorBrat

Movie poster art for LIFE. On a black background, a spaceman’s helmet is fogged over to only show the silhouette of a splayed hand reaching forward. Tagline: We were better off alone.
