Vance blew up that meeting on purpose

Just saying.

Vanity Fair's weird story about Cormac McCarthy grooming an abused 16-year-old girl and then stealing her stories and voice for his books thing has really bothered me (and a lot of other women). A bit more on that subject from my memoir Recollections of My Nonexistence about muse as trap....

Loving the fact that my job is to bring Norwegian storytelling out in the world. 😊📖🌎Here are some of the International editions of Ingeborg Arvola’s books: Dutch, Swedish, Finnish and Danish @cappelendamm.bsky.social

The weather forecast is predicting sub zero temperatures and snow here in Oslo. But I have an exit plan 😎✨

Favorite place to read? I am a huge fan of reading in bed. And it just so happens that our bedroom is the nicest room in the house, with lots of light and a view. #booksky 📖

Reading a manuscript in bed, in a room with many windows and a view.

It is certainly turning darker and colder here in the north. Perfect time of year for reading 😊📚❤️

Granite house with eerie fog. Light shining out of the windows.

Really diving into the #bannedbooks to ensure my daughters have access to all of the things. I know I’m missing a ton— what else do you suggest?
